SNORKELING THE CORRIDOR

CHILENO & SANTA MARIA

Santa Maria Cove and Chileno Bay are probably the two best snorkeling locations near Cabo San Lucas Mexico.  These two beautiful coves are located along the Los Cabos Corridor, between the towns of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo.  The water is usually calm and clear compared to most other locations in the Cabo area. 

Most of the boat tours visit either Chileno Bay or Santa Maria Cove, and there is a good reason.  The calm blue water and friendly tropical fish are perfect for a day tour or cruise shore excursion.  The two bays are located just around the bend from each other, but the unique layout means that when the snorkeling is excellent at one, it could be not as good at the other - it depends on the weather patterns.

For this reason, we've combined the two locations and the rest of the Los Cabos Corridor into one snorkeling tour - that way the crew has the freedom to choose the spot along the Corridor that has the best snorkeling conditions on the day you're on the tour.  You'll take about a 30-minute boat ride to the snorkeling site where you may see sea turtles or manta rays, along with hundreds of tropical fish. 

NOTE: The actual snorkeling time on this tour is approximately DOUBLE that of most tours in Cabo San Lucas, at about 1.5 hours (even more if you choose to snorkel during the break!), and you'll snorkel at two separate locations!

Runs: Daily at 9:00AM

Duration: 4 Hours Approximately

Departs: Scuba offices at Paseo del Pescador, right off of Medano Beach, next to Billygan's Island.

Includes: Roundtrip Boat Transportation to the snorkeling location, all taxes and fees, snorkeling equipment and bottled water.

* If the water is choppy on the day of the trip, we may need to use van transportation instead of a boat to get to the protected coves for snorkeling.
