This is the part of the site where we try to answer the most frequently asked questions by cruise ship passengers who are enjoying a port of call at Cabo San Lucas Mexico.

Q: why should i book my shore excursions through you instead of my cruise ship?

Q: what if my ship doesn't port?  do i get my money back?
A:
We are proud to feature Cabo's only No-Port, No-Pay policy.  If during your sailing, your ship doesn't make port as scheduled due to weather, mechanical failure or other unforeseen circumstances, just give us a call or drop us an e-mail to let us know (please tell us as soon as you know!), and we'll be happy to refund your money 100% - no service charges or other hidden fees.  We know how to take care of our customers - after all, you're the ones taking care of us!  Exceptions: Fishing Charters and Dolphins are subject to our regular cancellation policy.  See Terms and Conditions for details.

Q: do you sell excursions for my ship's other ports of call too?
A:
We sure do - we're happy to help you with all your excursions on your cruise - not just Cabo San Lucas, but everywhere else as well!  See our Ports of Call for details.

Q: i'm on a cruise ship - how do I find my EXCURSION departure point?
A:
Most of our shore excursions include pickup right there at the marina.  Some of the tours will require you to take a taxi, which are readily available at the marina - just hop in and go.  Still others are within walking distance - just walk on over! When you book the tour, your ticket will say exactly where to meet and give you directions if necessary.

Q: HOW DO I CONTACT YOU ONCE I'M IN CABO SAN LUCAS?

Q: WHAT'S THE CATCH? ARE THESE THE SAME EXCURSIONS THAT MY SHIP OFFERS?

Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO RESERVE MY SHORE EXCURSIONS?
A: The sooner the better.  A minimum of 24 hours in advance is required, but activities do sell out, so make yours as soon as you know that you want to take it.  Plus, by booking early, you're locking in your rate, so if the prices go up, you are safe. 

Q: THERE'S AN EXCURSION I WANT TO TAKE, BUT I DON'T SEE IT LISTED.
A: No problem - just give us a call at our toll-free telephone number, 1-866-348-6286, and we can either book it for you at a discount, or suggest a similar excursion as an alternative for you.

Q: HOW DO I BOOK AN EXCURSION THROUGH YOU?
A: On the tour detail page, there is a form at the bottom of each page. Just choose the date and time and number of people, then click "Book It!".  Click those and the excursion will be added to your shopping cart.  Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your checkout.  You will receive an e-mail receipt immediately, and within 24 hours you'll receive an electronic ticket that you'll give to the operator on the day of your tour.  You may also book by calling us toll-free at 1-866-348-6286.

Q: DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION FROM THE CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL?
A: Many of our tours offer pickup and drop-off right there at the terminal.  Some don't though, so make sure to look at the departure location when booking.  If your excursion doesn't offer pickup, then you'll just walk or take a taxi to the tour meeting location.  Very quick and easy.

Q: I'M THINKING OF BOOKING 2 EXCURSIONS DURING MY STOP - SHOULD I?
A: Before booking two excursions in one port of call, please call us.  We'll be happy to help you plan your schedule so that you pick only excursions whose schedules will work together, and with your ship's schedule, and let you know if you're cutting it too close.

Q: I'M WORRIED THAT I WON'T GET BACK IN TIME TO MAKE MY SHIP.
A: We haven't left anyone behind yet - ever.  Don't worry, we're here to take care of you.  We won't let you book an excursion that is too long for your cruise stop, and our tour operators will make sure you're back in time - if you're concerned, make sure to discuss with your tour guide, he'll take care of everything for you.
