John Exception Policy
Travel To/From Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos
Ticketed passengers that are affected by Hurricane John scheduled
for travel August 31 through September 1, 2006, to/from Puerto Vallarta
or Los Cabos will be allowed the following changes to assist in their
travel needs. These apply to both revenue and Mileage Award tickets.
If new/rescheduled travel is on/before September 21, 2006,
then change fees/add collection will be waived.
If new/rescheduled travel is on/after September 22, 2006,
then change fees/add collection apply to the new travel dates.
A full refund can be offered if the passenger does not wish to
travel or does not have new dates of travel.
