Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I RESERVE AN
AIRPORT TRANSFER?
A: We need you to book by at least 4:30 PM MST the day before you'll need the
transfer, so we have time to make the arrangements. However, please
try to give us as much notice as possible - it sure makes things easier.
If you'll be arriving tomorrow, please call us to make your reservation
toll-free at 1-866-348-6286.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MY HOTEL?
A: Once you choose Private or Shared transfers in the boxes
above, you will see a table on the right side of the page that will show
you the zone that each hotel in Cabo is in. The rates for each
zone are shown, so it should be pretty explanatory. However, if
you don't see your hotel there you can always ask us, we go anywhere in
the Baja.
Q: I NEED TO GO TO A LOCATION THAT IS NOT
LISTED. DO YOU GO THERE?
A: Yes. It's just not always possible to list every
single place. However, if you don't see your hotel listed in the
hotel rate tables on the shared and private transfers pages, you can
always ask us, we go anywhere in the Baja.
Q: I'M ALREADY IN CABO, CAN YOU TAKE ME
BACK TO THE AIRPORT?
A: Due to taxi union rules, we cannot accept departure reservations
after you are already in Cabo. If you want round-trip transfers
you will need to book them in advance of arriving to Cabo. One-way
transfers are only available Airport to Hotel and not Hotel to Airport.
You would need to use a taxi for departure-only transfers.
Q: CAN YOU TAKE ME TO MY HOTEL AND THEN
RETURN ME FROM ANOTHER HOTEL?
A: Yes, if your hotel is listed as being available for round-trip
transfers, then we can do this, you'll just specify the change of hotel
when booking. If the second hotel is in a different zone,
you would just book two one-way transfers and we will convert it to a
round-trip transfer.
Q: DO YOU HAVE KIDS PRICES? DO I HAVE TO PAY
FOR MY INFANT?
A: Kids under 3 years old are free. Unlike most
transportation companies in Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, we do
have kids prices for all our shared transfers.
Q: HOW WILL I RECOGNIZE YOUR DRIVER?
A: If you book private transfers, your driver will be wearing an
orange polo shirt with navy blue pants, and holding a sign with
your name and the name of your hotel on it If you book
shared transfers, he will have the same uniform, but the sign will have
the TransCabo name and logo on it rather than your name.
Q: DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION WHILE I'M IN
CABO SAN LUCAS TOO, OR JUST THE AIRPORT?
A: We also offer a private chauffeur service that will take you
wherever you want to go. This is a great service to take your own
private tour to La Paz, Todos Santos, San Jose del Cabo, or Cabo San Lucas
for the day, or especially if you're staying in the Corridor and want to
go into town for the night or just want to see the area.

JOSE DEL CABO?
A: The Los Cabos Airport is located approximately 8 miles (13km)
north of San Jose del Cabo.
Q: HOW FAR FROM THE LOS CABOS AIRPORT IS CABO
SAN LUCAS?
A: Cabo San Lucas is located approximately 29 miles (48km)
southeast of the Los Cabos Airport.

zone your house, condo or hotel is located in. If not, just give us

A: Yes. Everyone on the telephone speaks English fluently and
so will your driver.
