The sale price of the Glass Bottom boat tour was a great deal. Miguel, our captain and tour guide was informative and answered everyone’s questions. The only change I would request is for a better way to identify the person we pay the
per person fee/taxes to. The person did not have a sign that would identify him as the tour company representative. We had to ask the person around the area described in the ticket and fortunately he was honest and show told us who the person was. Corresponding with your customer service representatives before the tour was superb. Thanks again to Nadia and Erick for their assistance.

Below are my ratings for the three (3) shore excursions:
1) Cabo San Lucas
a) Glass Bottom Boat - Excellent
b) Glass Factory and Tequilla - Transcabo transfers were good, but the tours are terrible. No demo at both glass factory and Tequilla. It's just buying at the stores.
2) Mazatlan - Susanna, the tour guide is good.
3) Puerto Vallarta - Outstanding tour with Miguel.
