Our voucher had a pick-up time, but when they didn’t arrive at the scheduled time, we had the hotel call and we were told they didn’t have us down. It was made right and although we arrived at the Marina late we still had a great 2 hour trip. The staff was wonderful and we saw a lot of whales.
