We had a great time and really enjoyed the pontoon boat. We were comfortable and the staff was very attentive. I would definitely book another boat through Cabo San Lucas Tours.

We've done a few tours with your company and this was out favorite. The boat was so much fun. Staff was amazing. Same experience as last time we rented a private boat.

Elaine was very helpful during the planning & reservation process, but unfortunately we did not get any coffee or OJ as ordered for brunch. The crew members were friendly & we saw lots of whales! But what concerned me most was the way they kidded around about life jackets. It was funny at first & I knew they were joking, but the kidding went entirely too long for our comfort--especially on a pontoon on the ocean! Upon boarding we immediately inquired about life jackets. At first the joke was there're weren't any. When we inquired again the joke was there were jackets for everyone but the captain. When I inquired yet again, we were told the life jackets were under our seats. We looked but there was only bottled water under our seats. Finally I expressed my concern directly with Hector & demanded to know exactly where the jackets were stored. Then & only then did we get an answer. RE food & drinks: 1) We did NOT get coffee & orange juice for brunch. 2) I would not recommend the burritos & Mexican eggs;these were not good options since the food sat in the sun for a good 2 hours before being served. 3) IMHO Pastries, breads & fresh fruit would be more appetizing & safer options.

Our private boat was perfect for a bachelorette party! Although we are not big drinkers, the tour included a cooler of beers and a bottle of tequila. Our guide took us around to see the sights and we had ample time to take photos and swim in the water. Best part was that our boat had a slide!
