Our hosts Pepe and Alex were so great! This excursion was the highlight of our trip. I highly recommend a private tour versus saving money on a cheaper one as this will give you a completely different experience that you’ll remember for life.

Charlie and Jorge were great for our private sailboat tour. My daughter was a little nervous on the boat, but they accommodated to make it as comfortable as possible for her, she ended up having a great time, like all of us did, and this was our favorite part of our trip to Cabo.

The sail and snorkel was perfect! We loved the captain and first mate, they gave us many choices for our afternoon and I thought it was a good value for our money. On the other hand, the dinner cruise was not as expected. I was expecting a smaller boat with less of a party atmosphere and instead got a subpar dinner with watered-down drinks and a noisy karaoke from the back of the boat. I felt this dinner cruise was slow-moving and not worth the 0/ person.
I have used Johann and Sandra many times in several ports and have felt safe and secure with each booking. I know the dinner cruise experience was not normally what I expected from them. I would definitely use them again and read much more closely the next time I choose an excursion.

Whale watching sailboat tour with Fernanda and Felix was excellent. They were very attentive and nice and really worked to make sure the trip was worth our time.
Airport transport was great once we found them. I'd verify the instructions you give folks, the staff was wearing white dress-y shirts and were stationed at "lane 9" of the outdoor concourse. We ended up talking to the orange shirt guys and they were very nice directing us to the right place. Seems like the airport is being updated and the instructions need to be as well.
