We had a wonderful time; the boat we
were supposed to have was broken so we received an upgraded
boat. The food was lacking with only cheese quesadillas,
chips, guac and ceviche. There was an error in our booking,
so we were shorted an hour and the larger boat inhibited our
ability to go to a good snorkeling spot. Instead we had to
be in open waters with no fish. We were refunded but we had
to deal with the hassle of the back and forth in showing our
payment, our booking confirmation and then options for the
refund, etc. There was no blender on board so all drinks
were on ice. They also ran out of ice and didn't have
any sparkling wine. We also tried to reach out to the team
the day prior to confirm the would have some sparkling wine
on board but never heard back. The boat was nice and the
crew was nice. Improvements on the food/beverage options and
a tender to take us to a place we could actually snorkel
would have improved the experience overall.

It was a good experience. I thought I
would be able to stop and take pictures on Lovers Beach, but
I guess the current was too bad. I also was told they would
get me a birthday cake since they weren’t able to
decorate the boat. But there wasn’t a birthday
cake.
